Effective September 11, 2026What BuildFuel does
BuildFuel is a software-project discovery, community, and manual support-tracking platform. Creators publish their own projects, plans, milestones, and updates. Supporters can follow work and, when eligible, separately purchase new AI-provider credit gifts.
Support is not an investment
Support provides no equity, ownership, securities, revenue share, profit participation, or expected financial return. BuildFuel does not claim support is tax deductible. There is no internal support wallet, escrow, balance, gift-payment collection, or redistribution.
Free beta placements
Beta ad placements are free and run for seven consecutive days from approval. They are labeled Promoted, share space with other active campaigns, and do not improve organic rank. Only the creator can submit a published, real build, with one queued or active placement per build. Reach, clicks, and support are not guaranteed. Hidden, suspended, or unpublished builds stop appearing; misleading ads may be paused. Creators may stop or withdraw a campaign. No payment is collected, and nothing renews into a paid plan. Submit questions through account settings.
Provider purchases
Any third-party purchase takes place directly with the provider under its terms, eligibility rules, delivery process, and refund policies. BuildFuel does not hold, transfer, resell, or redeem credits and cannot resolve a provider payment, redemption, or refund on your behalf.
Your account and conduct
Use accurate account and project information. Keep account access secure. Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, steal credentials, spam, or create deceptive support records. You are responsible for the content you submit and the rights needed to publish it.
Creators and supporters
Creators must describe their progress honestly and confirm only support actually received. Supporters must report amounts accurately and keep gift claim links private. A SENT record is a supporter report; a CONFIRMED record is a creator acknowledgment, not independent verification.
Uncertainty is part of building
Projects may change, pause, or fail. BuildFuel does not guarantee project completion, a particular feature, provider availability, creator legitimacy, or the use of credits for a specific task. Follow the public evidence and make your own decision about support.
Content, moderation, and service changes
You retain your rights in your content and permit BuildFuel to host and display it as needed to operate your chosen public or private features. Administrators may hide projects or suspend accounts for abuse or policy violations. Moderation actions are recorded and can be reviewed through a report. Features and terms may change; material updates will be identified on this page.
Limits and questions
The service is provided as available, subject to rights and obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms do not promise financial, legal, or provider approval. Use the in-app report and privacy-request tools for platform questions.
